We are proud to achieve certification of conformance with an A rating to BRC Global Standards for Food Safety. Our nut free facility is federally registered with CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) and complies with regulated HACCP and Food Safety Enhancement Programs.
HACCP, an internationally recognized food safety program, places emphasis on employee training, hazard analysis, identifying critical control points, establishing critical limits and implementing effective and preventative control measures. Our operation follows strict regulatory guidelines to prevent potential errors that may impact on food safety.
Product quality is of paramount importance to Gumpert’s and we take great pride in being able to consistently provide our customers with superior quality products and services.
As part of our assurance to quality, we provide our customers with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all products. “Quality” is the secret ingredient in every product we make at Gumpert’s.
